To troubleshoot Instagram issues please follow the following steps:

Check Instagram Settings on Madgicx

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select the "Advanced Settings" tab
  3. Under "Default Instagram Page" check that the correct Instagram account is selected for each Ad Account.

*If your Instagram account does not appear continue to follow the steps below

Check Facebook Business Settings for Instagram

  1. Go to Facebook Business Settings 
  2. Under "Accounts" select Instagram
  3. Check to make sure the desired Instagram account appears on the list.
  4. If it does not appear - Click the blue "+ADD" button and follow the steps to log in.
  5. Go back to Madgicx Settings and Re-Authenticate your Facebook Token

*If your Instagram account does not appear continue to follow the steps below

Check That Your Facebook Page and Instagram are Connected

  1. Go to your Facebook page
  2. Go to your Page Settings (in the top right corner)
  3. Select "Instagram" 
  4. If your accounts are not connected already - follow the steps to do so
  5. Go back to Madgicx Settings and Re-Authenticate your Facebook Token
